About the program
Acidni Customer Care is an optional text-message program from Acidni LLC. Messages are appointment confirmations, appointment details and reminders, and occasional customer surveys.
Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can opt in on the website contact form or verbally through Acidni's AI voice and text assistant. A phone number by itself is not permission to text you.
You may also receive automated or AI-assisted calls from Acidni about your appointments and service.
Website consent
On the contact form, SMS consent is a separate checkbox. It is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form, even if you enter a mobile number. This is the checkbox text:

AI assistant verbal consent
When you speak with Acidni's AI voice and text assistant, it asks for permission with this script:
“Would you like Acidni to text you appointment confirmations, reminders, and an occasional customer survey at this number? Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also receive automated or AI-assisted calls from Acidni about your appointments and service. Do I have your permission?”
Texts are sent only after a clear yes, which is recorded.
